Dr. Guzman is a Suncoast Orthopaedics affiliated physician. He is a fellowship-trained orthopedic foot and ankle reconstructive surgeon specializing in advanced treatments of ankle arthritis, fractures, tendon injuries, flat feet, and sports-related injuries. He is exceptionally skilled in minimally invasive techniques for bunion correction. A native of Southwest Florida, Dr. Guzman completed his medical training at Icahn School of Medicine and his fellowship at the Institute for Foot and Ankle Reconstruction. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Mark Michnik is a board-certified OB/GYN with a Ph.D. in Urogynecology. He completed his training in Moscow, Warsaw, and New York at Mount Sinai and New York Medical College. His expertise includes urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and female sexual dysfunctions. Now practicing in South Florida, he is affiliated with Aventura and North Shore hospitals. Licensed in Florida and New York, Dr. Michnik speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian and Polish.

Dr. Sarah Cormie, MD, MHA, LMSW – Neurology Physician
Dr. Sarah Cormie is a dedicated and highly trained neurology physician with a diverse background in medicine, healthcare administration, and social work. She completed her Neurology Residency at Larkin Community Hospital Health Systems in Miami, Florida (2020-2024) and has extensive experience in emergency psychiatric consultations and medical social work, reinforcing her holistic approach to patient care.
Dr. Cormie earned her Doctor of Medicine from Windsor University School of Medicine in 2016 and is ECFMG-certified, demonstrating her qualifications for international medical practice. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (LMSW) from SUNY Albany, equipping her with a well-rounded perspective on patient advocacy and healthcare system management.
Throughout her career, Dr. Cormie has been committed to advancing medical education and research. She has published in peer-reviewed journals, including Cures and CNS Spectrums, with notable work on Anti-NMDAR Encephalitis and Hypergeusia. She has presented her research at prestigious conferences, including the Neuroscience Educational Institute Conference in Orlando, Florida.
As an active leader in medical education, Dr. Cormie was elected as a Graduate Medical Education Committee representative during her neurology residency, advocating for her peers and contributing to curriculum development. She has also served as a private tutor for USMLE Step exams and worked as a clinical student liaison for medical education accreditation boards.

Liat Tatiana Sapov, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her degrees from Thomas Jefferson University and Gwynedd Mercy University in Philadelphia, PA. She has extensive experience in primary care, as well as cross-disciplinary training in Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Geriatrics, Hematology-Oncology, and Pediatrics. Liat is passionate about utilizing a preventative, holistic approach with her patients. She is fluent in English, Russian and Hebrew.
